Cooking instructions

Generally speaking, our soups are ready to eat without any additions. However, if you want to add fresh herbs, coconut milk, more chili pepper or salt (our recipes are low-salt) and mix them with rice for example, do so. It works perfectly well.

  • Optimal

    Pour the dry soup mix into 420 ml (14FL.OZ) of cold water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 6 minutes and serve.

  • Simple

    Empty the dry soup mix into a bowl and pour 350 ml (12FL.OZ) of boiling water over it. Cover, leave to rest for 8 minutes and serve.

FAQs

Are these 2 cookings effective? YES: The first is optimal for obtaining perfectly cooked and well-combined ingredients. The second allows you to prepare your soup with a minimum of effort and very little energy intake.

 Why a dosage of 1 large bowl of 12 fl oz? This is our bias. Some brands put forward vague dosages without specifying capacities. We have studied to the nearest gram what it takes to prepare a large bowl meal. Please note that for the optimal version, you'll have to pour 420 ml (14FL.OZ) because 20% will evaporate.

Nutritional properties: Our soups have on average between 60 and 100 calories per sachet. It's low and good. The proportion of salt per serving represents less than 40% of the daily recommendations of the WHO (5 grams/day).
