FAQs
Are our soups as original as we claim? YES. We opted for recipes with a strong character. Reset has detoxifying virtues, Karma has Indian and energizing inspirations, Pampa will seek its comforting tastes in Latin America, Kasbah in Middle East and Family will unite generations.
Why are our soups not all organic? The diversity of our ingredients is such that it is impossible to obtain them all organically and/or the price would be much too high.
Where are our soups made? They are made in France in a facility that meets the strictest food industry criteria. It has the 2 most restrictive standards at French and European level, ISO and FSSC 22000.
Seasonality: Soups are often associated with cold. Our recipes and their "lightness" make them seasonless and you will enjoy eating them all year round.
Why launch a product on the market that no longer has a very good reputation? Precisely because it seems hackneyed to us. Being dehydrated has plenty of benefits. There are no bacteria, it can be stored for a long time, does not take up space, keeps and amplifies the flavors. You just have to imagine it without lots of harmful and useless products.
What is the BBE? The best-before date is very different from the use-by date. It indicates a date from which the products may possibly (without any certainty) lose taste or nutritional qualities. An outdated BBE cannot be a source of health problems. (unlike the use-by date).
Oupse? An anagram of soup, of course. Oupse, I'm eating a dry soup mix, oupse it's actually good..:)
